The moment I arrived at the impossible time of midnight, a warm welcome was awaiting me. A cool drink & a club sandwich and basket of fruit was waiting in my room; a very thoughtful touch & much appreciated.
This perfectly located Riad with opulent decor and its lovely staff goes above & beyond in service to its clients.
Nothing is too much trouble and it makes a memorable experience for guests.
A big thank you to Fatima for allowing me to use the front desk computer to check in for my flight.
The ever smiling Hassan & Simo in the rooftop restaurant for prompt service with faultless memories for preferences.
My wonderful room cleaner (apologies for not remembering your name) always had my mess tidied and my laundry returned on time.
The kitchen chefs and staff for producing incredibly tasty food, my expanded waistline is the evidence of their skills.
I thank you all most sincerely for a memorable holiday in "Magic Morocco", one I will never forget xo😊
My experience at Riad Wow was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly with a refreshing cup of tea on the terrace. The riad itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. I was so impressed that I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend it to my family and friends. The only suggestion I have is to provide an English menu for dinner ordering. Additionally, its convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the main square of Marrakesh was another fantastic aspect of my stay
Great experience! The riad is located just a short walk from the main square but is far enough removed from the older buildings that it didn't seem to have endured much damage from the recent earthquake - we felt very safe & comfortable here. Working AC was a huge plus for the heat in Marrakesh, the WiFi was decent & the bathroom was luxurious. Yummy breakfast and friendly staff, especially Hassan who works the upstairs terrace. My father in-law had a new grandson on the trip and upon finding out, Hassan celebrated with us and even brought a surprise gift for the baby the next day. Thank you Hassan, your kindness really went the extra mile! The woman working at the front desk was also very welcoming and always smiling. We had a very pleasant stay here!
Rooms old but ok
Staff friendly just missed the support to deal with the local „parking mafia“ which is systematically blocking all parking places and makes a business out of it.
Location quite good but still silent.
Wow. In a bad way.
Initially I thought it was great. With a welcome drink. And beautifully decorated hotel and interior.
The disappointment started when you get into the room.
The shower wasn't working so I reported to the reception. I was asked to wait. 30 mins later I decided to get to the reception. I was told that I didn't know how to use the shower and it is probably working. An officer came and inspected the shower head and confirmed it was broken. He stepped into the bathtub with his shoes on and replaced it. The bathtub wasn't cleaned after.
If this is a 5 star hotel I don't think this is how they treat their residence.
I am an experienced traveller and been to and reviewed many hotels.
It's been a long time since Ive been to a disappointing hotel.
Perhaps we have just moved from a real 5 star hotel to this wow hotel. And I have to adjust my expectation.
It is probably not something you want to experience on your birthday too.
Oh, the mirror in the wardrobes cracked.
They put you to a room next to restaurant so it's loud and not noise proofed.
We absolutely loved this amazing hotel. Gorgeous rooms, great breakfast, perfect location, gorgeous patio, skybar etc. And most of all the friendliest staff ever who really made us feel at home in Marrakech.
Amazing place, probably the best hotel ive stayed in. The breakfast wasnt that nice but had a lot of variety and the king suite was amazing. I hope to come back
Wow…that was miserable. I paid 600 dirhams for an hour of hammam, which is not among the lowest prices in Marrakesh. First, I guess there is no proper changing room, since I was asked to undress in an unoccupied massage room. I was not offered a bathrobe, had to look for a spa worker and ask her to bring me one. Later on, it turned out that the hammam room was the next door to the changing (massage) room and after making three steps I was asked to take off the bathrobe and enter the hammam (what was the reason of not telling me that and giving me the bathrobe?). The hammam ritual was also questionable. The stone I was lying on was insanely hot and the air remained at the level slightly above the room temperature. Only the sweaty face of the spa worker was somehow reminding me that the temperature must be above 30 degree. After the hammam, I was directed back to the massage room for changing clothes, didn’t get any towel (I was too tired and annoyed to go ask for this one too so I sadly dried my body with the unnecessary bathrobe). The spa worker was trying to enter the room twice and persistently asking if I was done (I didn’t even dare to think about post-hammam relaxation). No tea offered in the end, no smile at the administration desk, no goodbye. What did I do wrong that day?
